Description

This pretty playhouse will occupy children for hours. It is fully tongue and grooved constructed to conform to Trading Standards regulations. Standard features for this playhouse include safety features, 4 pane effect windows with window boxes, antique door hinges, scalloped barge boards and roof overhang.

• 38mm x 50mm framing

• Acrylic safety glass
• Galvanized nails used
• Water based wood preservative treatment

• Eaves height 1300mm
• Ridge height 1835mm
